we aim to be plastic FREE and reduce/reuse/recycle!
all orders will be wrapped in reusable calico drawstring bags or recycled paper. They are then shipped in compostable or recycled packaging, with recycled paper postage labels attached ~ you’re welcome!
standard shipping via auspost
- $10 for orders under 500g , $15 for orders over 500g
express shipping via auspost
- $13 for orders under 500g, $22 for orders over 500g

orders will be dispatched where possible on the next working day but please allow upto 3 business days for processing. you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

for metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days and for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
express within australia

we ship to world-wide using australia post pack & track international.
deliveries are sent during normal business hours between monday and friday, 9-5pm. purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard shipping.
a tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods. pack and track shipping does not have a signature on delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure.
please note: when orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
unfortunately, peaches and cream vintage cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. these will remain the responsibility of the customer. please contact your local customs office for further information.
lost or stolen packages
peaches and cream vintage provides tracking numbers for all orders. we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address when placing your order (you will be able to double check this on your order confirmation email) and that the delivery premises is secure.
what is the peaches and cream vintage refund and returns policy?
Please choose carefully and inspect all photos as we do not offer refunds or returns. We are a Vintage Store. Please keep in mind that each piece has had a past and is expected to have regular wear, fading, or minor faults. We believe this only adds to their unique charm and comfort, and will not be considered faulty. All of our pieces are considered to be in great pre-loved condition.
what if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
All items are carefully inspected prior to listing- in the event we have missed a major functional fault, please email email@example.com immediately (within 6 hours of receiving) with imagery and all details so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. you will need to return items within 7 days from the date of purchase. you will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.
we will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. if a suitable replacement is not found, a full refund will be issued.
